An omakase built on trust, guided by seasons, named after a dream.
Shinjiru — to believe. 夢 — dream.
To believe in the chef. To trust the season. To sit down, set aside the noise of the day, and let someone else decide what you need — that is the spirit of omakase. And it is the spirit Sushi Shinjiru was built to honour.
Intimate by Design Tucked in Desa Petaling, with just three private rooms and two sushi counters, Sushi Shinjiru hosts no more than 12 to 14 guests at a time. The intimacy is deliberate. When the room is small, the chef can give everything.
Seasonal Japanese ingredients form the backbone of every course — from delicate maguro nigiri on charcoal-vinegar rice to gold-leaf-wrapped sushi and presentation that turns each dish into a quiet performance.
