Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ibelanja.my and the iBelanja survey and cashback platform (the "Service"), operated by iBelanja Group Sdn. Bhd. ("iBelanja"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or forged information or documents.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

3. Cashback and withdrawals

Cashback is credited and paid out according to the rules shown in the Service at the time. We may withhold or reverse amounts obtained through error, fraud or breach of these terms.

4. Third-party services

Some features connect to third-party services (for example Google Calendar for staff scheduling). Your use of those is also subject to their terms, and our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, iBelanja is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
