Who Can Become an iBelanja Partner?
You don't need to own a restaurant, run a business or have professional sales experience to explore becoming an iBelanja Partner.
Partner participation may appeal to people who enjoy connecting with others and want to explore opportunities within an existing business ecosystem.

What Do You Need to Become an iBelanja Partner?
Before joining, it's important to understand the participation requirements and how the iBelanja ecosystem works.
1. Register an iBelanja Account
Create an account to begin exploring the platform and learn more about the available participation opportunities.
2. Choose Your Participation Level
Through the iBelanja Participation Programme (IPP), eligible participants can select from different Participation Levels.
Each Level comes with its own:
- Participation Amount
- Consumption Entitlement (CE) allocation
- Applicable Participation Rights
Explore the available Levels and understand their requirements before choosing one that suits your consumption needs and participation preferences.
3. Understand Your Consumption Entitlement (CE)
Consumption Entitlement (CE) represents consumption value that can be used for eligible purchases at participating Merchants.
1 CE = RM1 in consumption value.
For example, 200 CE represents RM200 in consumption value that can be used towards an eligible meal, subject to the applicable payment conditions.
CE is released according to the relevant participation schedule. Once released:
- No Expiry: Your released CE does not expire.
- Transferable: CE may be transferred to another eligible Partner, subject to platform rules.
- For Consumption: CE can be used for eligible purchases but cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Understanding how CE works helps you plan how to use your available consumption value at participating Merchants.
4. Understand Your Role as a Partner
iBelanja connects four important roles: Consumers, Merchants, Partners and the Platform.
As a Partner, you can contribute to the ecosystem by:
- Introducing new Consumers.
- Connecting potential Merchants.
- Participating in other eligible ecosystem activities.
Qualifying activities may provide opportunities for Value Sharing Rewards, subject to the applicable Participation Rights, requirements and conditions.
You don't need to manage a storefront or operate a restaurant to become a Partner. However, it's important to understand the financial commitment, participation responsibilities and reward conditions before joining.
