Start Your Journey as a Partner User
Getting started with iBelanja is simple.
Register as a Partner User and select your preferred plan. Each plan comes with an allocated amount of Consumption Entitlement (CE), which you can use for eligible purchases at participating Merchants.
Once your plan is activated, your allocated CE will be available in your iBelanja account, subject to the applicable terms.
Different plans also offer different Connection Reward and Expansion Reward rates, allowing you to choose a plan that suits your participation preferences.
Spend Your CE at Participating Merchants
Whether you’re enjoying lunch with colleagues, meeting friends for coffee or dining with family, you can use your available CE at participating iBelanja Merchants.
Simply visit a participating outlet and make your payment through the iBelanja platform. Your payment amount will be deducted from your available CE balance.
You can also combine CE with other accepted payment methods where partial payment is available.
As the Merchant network expands, you’ll have more places to explore and use your CE.

Grow Your Connections Within the Ecosystem
Being a Partner User is not only about using CE.
You can also introduce others to iBelanja and help expand the Partner User community.
Through eligible connection and expansion activities, you may qualify for Connection Rewards and Expansion Rewards, based on your selected plan and the applicable programme requirements.
This gives you another way to participate in the iBelanja ecosystem beyond your own everyday spending.
